JANA SINCLAIR, BA

Jana Sinclair is the Principal and Owner of P2 Communications Inc. of Calgary. She has over 20 years experience in the civil engineering industry, including seven years experience managing the Communications Department for a public-private partnership that provides design and construction management services for major transportation projects.  Her experience includes 13 years of public consultation experience in the public sector, primarily on transportation infrastructure projects such as LRT extensions, interchanges, functional planning studies and roadway upgrades.

As a certified Public Participation Practitioner through the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2), Jana approaches each project from the perspective that all stakeholder voices are important and necessary in order to achieve the best outcome. Her approach to public consultation is grounded in international best practices and recognizes the uniqueness of each project, community and voice.

Jana works with a wide network of associates who bring different skills to a stakeholder engagement or communications team. She works with associates who have expertise in public consultation, writing, graphic design, web design, facilitation, leadership coaching and team building.
